These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LooThru website and app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Owner/manager access requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt the public QR code reporting flow, submitting fraudulent reports, probing for vulnerabilities, or accessing data you do not have permission to access.
Public QR code pages are designed to be accessible without login for visitors. Organizations are responsible for where they post QR codes and what information they choose to display publicly.
The Service may provide downloadable records and record displays to support operational workflows. LooThru does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for determining whether the Service meets your compliance needs.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service over time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LooThru is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
