Owner/manager features require an account. We use Clerk for sign-in (including a Google sign-in option) and recommend limiting access to trusted staff.
Typical data includes: locations and bathrooms, configuration settings, activity history (timestamps + events), and public issue reports. If a staff name is entered in the no-account flow, it is stored with that event.
Public QR code pages are accessible without login by design. Organizations control where QR codes are posted and what information is displayed publicly.
Record retention depends on your plan. You can download records (CSV) and adjust workflows to meet your requirements.
We maintain an activity history designed to support operational review and downloads. For details on what we collect, see Privacy.
LooThru is hosted in the cloud on Microsoft Azure and uses Clerk for authentication. We may also rely on additional providers (for example: analytics). We share information with providers only as needed to operate the service.
